List
There is an email list that we use to send out various information about where/when practices are, cancellations, tournaments, etc. We also tend to send out a lot of pointless emails about random things, so if you don't like spam, dont sign up for the list. To add yourself to the list do one of the following things:

• Send an email to: listproc@lists.rpi.edu with the body of the message:
  "Subscribe ULTIMATE-FRISBEE-L ‹Your Name›"
  
  So, if Magnus Johnson wanted to join the list, he would send an email to listproc@lists.rpi.edu with the body being this and ONLY this:
  Subscribe ULTIMATE-FRISBEE-L Magnus Johnson
  
• Go to: http://lists.rpi.edu/ and Click on the link that says: Rensselaer User Access. Find the Ultimate Frisbee list and sign up for it.

List Removal
If you would like to remove yourself you can do one of the following things:

• Send an email to: listproc@lists.rpi.edu with the body of the message:
  "Unsubscribe ULTIMATE-FRISBEE-L"
  
  So, if Jeremy McNamara wanted to quit the list, he would send an email to listproc@lists.rpi.edu with the body being this and ONLY this:
