Practice & Tournaments

When field conditions allow, Strut holds regular practices at Anderson Field at least twice a week. We practice with the goal of improving ourselves and becoming a competitive team for the tournaments we attend.

When the weather becomes unsuitable for us to go outside, we hold conditioning practice in the Meuller Center (Armory). Our practices are Tuesdays 8-10pm and Thursdays 6-8pm. We also do small group lifting throughout the week.

You will need:

  • Water
  • Both light and dark shirts for scrimmaging. (outdoor practice)(Your shirt must be CLEARLY a light or a dark, NOT gray, yellow, or anything obscure)
  • Cleats (it is strongly recommended that you buy some) and running shoes(indoor practice).

If you have classes, we understand. Come on the days when you do not have class. Keep in mind that you can come to part of a practice if you can’t make the whole thing.
